libakonadi-kde4 software package provides library for using the Akonadi PIM data server, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libakonadi-kde4
libakonadi-kde4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libakonadi-kde4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libakonadi-kde4 *
You will get with libakonadi-kde4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
